About
welcome to Pam Larson Coaching.
I am a Professional Certified Coach and Author whose clients experience breakthroughs by discovering WHO they are, WHAT they do best in the world, and HOW they do it. I guide my clients to higher levels of leadership, executive presence, and self-confidence. I’ve worked with hundreds of satisfied clients since launching my private coaching practice in 2013.
My clients and workshop participants value my transparent and authentic approach to communicating and my ability to inspire the right actions for each individual.
I take a unique approach to deepening my client’s understanding of their unique personality and wiring, their strengths in the workforce, and how they learn and process in order to live a more satisfying and productive professional and personal life.
My strength as a coach is my authentic and transparent approach to partnering with my clients; they know I am 100% for them while at the same time willing to challenge and encourage growth and change. I’m a thoughtful and candid communicator who connects with my clients with empathy and humor. I care for my clients at a very deep level and provide my support and inspiration through wisdom and intuition.
After working with my private coaching clients for hundreds of hours, I’ve discovered that while happy and successful people definitely have many things in common, what is more important, is that each person's unique personality and wiring, strengths, and how they learn best brings an understanding about themselves at a deep level. When their gifts and strengths are applied with confidence and belief, there is no limit to the peace, prosperity and quality of life they can create.
I’ve has co-authored several e-books including "Blueprint For An Overwhelmproof Life" and "ReSet: A Guide For A Fresh Start."
I’m a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who lives and works in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. My husband Kevin, son Daniel, his wife Monica, grandsons Hawken and Riven, and daughter Kayla inspire me every day to use my strengths and gifts to support and advocate for my clients on their journey toward the life they want to live.
Before becoming a Coach, I was a pastor on the staff of a large Church where she developed scores of volunteer teams, created and grew programs, wrote curriculum, and mentored emerging leaders. I was also a popular speaker and teacher. In 2011 I resigned from my pastoral leadership position of 17 years to pursue a new path as a professionally trained and certified coach.
Coaching was and is a natural fit with all of my years of training, education, and experience as a pastor and leader and my desire to support people in becoming their best selves.
Currently, I’m pursuing a long-desired goal of earning a master's degree in psychology and human development. I will also achieve another goal when I earn my Master Certified Coach (PCC) status with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Equipping you to take charge of your life.
