What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership created to facilitate personal growth and awareness which leads to conscious choice, focused action, and a manageable life. My coaching style is designed to equip and empower you to reach your full potential through honest conversation that is built upon unconditional acceptance and an appreciation of your life’s journey. Through this process, we discover your strengths and talents, your unique approach to decision-making, your capabilities, and your wholeness. I know what you are going through because I have been there. I am located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, I am available to offer coaching across the United States via Zoom, Google meetings, or FaceTime. All I know is that I want to be there for those who need the help and encouragement to live their best life possible.
